📋 Description

• Coordinate, monitor, and report programme status across enterprise initiatives and external partner engagements • Lead project planning, develop schedules, adhere to milestones, and align engineering teams across concurrent workstreams • Design and implement scalable processes across Product, Engineering, and UX • Prioritise issues and collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve them • Identify programme risks and execute mitigation plans • Drive status updates for stakeholders, senior leadership, and executives • Facilitate communication among teams with differing working styles and personalities • Maintain confidential and accurate programme documentation, reporting outputs, and data • Manage day-to-day use of programme and project management tools, software platforms, and internal systems • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Change Management, or leading large organisation-wide programmes • Deep knowledge of programme delivery methodologies and best practices • Experience managing cross-departmental processes and aligning multiple stakeholders • Experience with API platforms and technical literacy to evaluate technical dependencies and risks • Track record of leading projects from initiation through completion • Ability to focus on user experience and human-centred outcomes • Critical problem-solving skills and sound independent judgement • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience in a high-growth company environment • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes programme threads and cognitive complexity • Familiarity with budget awareness in programme contexts • Proficiency in standard computer and keyboard use in a remote work environment • A business-related degree or equivalent professional experience • Legal eligibility to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis • Fluency in English
