We help you discover meaningful work with teams that invest in your success, where you’re empowered to grow personally and professionally. • Join one of the highest-rated workplaces on Glassdoor and experience what it means to thrive in a truly remote-first world. • About the Role • We’re looking for an IT Administrator to manage and support internal IT environment and infrastructure. • In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining system availability, ensuring compliance with security and ISO 27001 controls, and providing day-to-day technical support across the business. • You’ll work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot environment issues, manage access controls, and maintain reliable network and endpoint performance. • This is a long-term, hands-on position suited to someone with strong systems knowledge, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and an enthusiasm for continuous improvement in IT operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting and administering Windows Server environments. • 3+ years managing Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. • 3+ years of experience with networking and security, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection. • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity access management principles. • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across distributed environments. • Strong attention to detail, methodical problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance and IT security best practices. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support users and collaborate across teams.
