📋 Description

• Define and drive the company's technical strategy, architectural principles, and engineering standards. • Own the Opportunity Review process, providing feasibility assessments and architectural guidance for major initiatives before Discovery. • Make platform-level decisions across infrastructure, data, security, integrations, and build-vs-buy evaluations. • Lead and deliver high-impact engineering initiatives, including foundational services, platform architecture, and proof-of-concepts. • Ensure the overall technical health, scalability, and long-term evolution of the platform. • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams to align technical direction with business objectives. • Champion engineering excellence through quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement. • Define and drive AI strategy across engineering workflows and product capabilities. • Mentor and develop Lead Engineers, helping strengthen technical leadership across the organisation. • Support engineering hiring, talent development, and promotion standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience defining and executing technical strategy at an organisational level. • Deep architectural expertise across full-stack systems, including infrastructure, data, security, and integrations. • Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical direction and communicate technical considerations to executive stakeholders. • Experience leading complex platform, architecture, or transformation initiatives with long-term business impact. • Demonstrated success mentoring and developing senior or Lead-level engineers. • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how technical decisions influence revenue, cost, scalability, and competitive advantage. • Experience establishing engineering standards, governance, and best practices across teams. • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
