📋 Description

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from a wide range of stakeholders • Create clear and detailed functional and non-functional requirement documentation • Write specifications, change requests, and process documentation • Map and analyse existing systems, processes, and workflows • Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs • Design and propose cloud-based solutions aligned with business objectives • Analyse and optimise existing infrastructure and systems • Identify integration points between systems and define solutions for seamless data flow • Plan and support system integrations across multiple platforms • Coordinate with stakeholders on work items and ensure alignment across teams • Communicate progress, risks, and updates to project teams and stakeholders • Support the continuous improvement of processes, frameworks, and delivery standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role or similar • A-Level (or equivalent) in relevant subjects • Further education or university studies in a relevant field • Strong process design and process mapping capabilities • Proven experience writing clear, structured, and detailed documentation • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels • Ability to clearly articulate requirements, project updates, and issues • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across teams • Ability to hold teams accountable and drive delivery against objectives • Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks • Strong organisational and time management skills • Experience using project and delivery tools such as MS Project or similar • Strong working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Visio, and Microsoft Office • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities • Experience driving process improvements and implementing frameworks
