• Answer incoming calls to gather information regarding potential claims • Gather details about Plaintiff and Attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage • Enter details into the case management system and create leads • Assign leads to Account Executives • Provide excellent caller experience • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
