⢠Define and execute the product strategy in alignment with overall company goals in collaboration with the Head of Product, CTO, and CEO. ⢠Prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. ⢠Work with the engineering team to estimate feature timelines and ensure roadmap feasibility. ⢠Collaborate with the design team to build intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces. ⢠Track product performance metrics and adjust strategy based on results. ⢠Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product decisions. ⢠Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders regarding the product roadmap and progress.
⢠5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the B2B SaaS industry. ⢠Experience with AI-driven products. ⢠Strong product vision and attention to detail. ⢠Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ⢠Demonstrated ability to define and lead a product strategy from ideation to launch. ⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ⢠Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment ⢠Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. ⢠Dynamic and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
