đ Description
⢠Own the Smeetz MCP server and AI chatbot end to end, including the tool surface, agent behaviour, and guardrails ⢠Run discovery with venue operators, select priorities, write specifications, ship production changes, and measure outcomes ⢠Own reliability and performance, including latency, error rates, and client call patterns ⢠Build an evaluation layer to measure prompt and model changes before release ⢠Document owned AI surfaces for future engineers ⢠Extend the shared Claude Code skill library to improve AI-native engineering delivery ⢠Talk to venues using the AI surfaces and monitor production behaviour ⢠Report to the VP of Engineering; work without direct reports
đŻ Requirements
⢠Minimum 5 years shipping production code, including at least one system owned end to end with on-call responsibility ⢠Minimum 2 years building LLM features that reached real users ⢠Experience with tool calling, structured outputs, evals, cost control, latency control, and production failure modes ⢠Demonstrated expertise in an AI-native SDLC ⢠Daily use of Claude Code or an equivalent agentic environment ⢠Ability to build skills, hooks, and automations and demonstrate what was automated and replaced ⢠Experience designing APIs or tool surfaces for agents, including naming, granularity, and recoverable error messages ⢠Experience independently running discovery, leading customer conversations, writing specifications, and defining measurable success metrics ⢠Fluent in English ⢠Preferred: Langfuse or another LLM observability tool such as LangSmith, Braintrust, or Phoenix ⢠Preferred: MCP specification knowledge ⢠Preferred: Anthropic Claude API and tool use ⢠Preferred: Retrieval and evals over a support knowledge base; Intercom Fin experience ⢠Preferred: Agent guardrails for write access, including permissions, confirmation steps, prompt injection, and PII ⢠Preferred: French or German
