âą Meet the sales budget for assigned customer accounts âą Maintain daily close relationships with key accounts âą Develop and execute account plan for key customers âą Daily maintain SAP C4C data up to date âą Undertake direct sales calls and manage all customer enquiries âą Prepares and coordinates budgets, forecasts, and reports âą Provide mechanical seal technical support and training to customers âą Identify new market opportunities âą Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the related industry âą Comply business ethical policy, all EHS requirements âą Other duties as assigned
âą A Master degree or bachelor degree with the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering backgrounds âą At least 7-year relevant experience related to sales, service, and engineering âą Excellent of leadership & management skills âą Strong collaboration and influencing skills âą Knowledge of flow chart development & streamlines, business development in sales & service âą Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with related stakeholders âą Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
