• Daily travel to locations in and around the Philadelphia Metro area; service, repair, install and maintain field equipment. • Respond to emergency and non-scheduled calls within established response times; complete maintenance within deadlines. • Document inspections, maintenance and repairs; manage parts inventory and calibration. • Provide customer training and participate in service sales opportunities; support revenue programs. • Maintain currency on all technical certifications; coordinate with senior FSTs and Product Managers. • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and export controls; assist with site surveys and special projects.
• Associate’s Degree or Related Trade Certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or Military Training (electrical, mechanical, electronics). Equivalence achieved through comparative work and life experience is acceptable (>3 years work experience in a related electrical or mechanical field service role). • Minimum of 5 years experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment. • Computer literacy; Competency in use of MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software programs. • Excellent communications skills and strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork. • Willingness to travel at short notice. • Background: SSI access and TSA vetting; federal background investigation. • Ability to lift/carry and handle physical requirements as described in job posting.
