📋 Description

• Daily travel to locations in and around the New York area at ports servicing cruise liners • Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction • Installs, repairs and maintains equipment in the field • Provides customer training as required • Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis • Manages repair parts cycle time and reviews open issues to prepare reports • Participates in Service Sales opportunities and promotes revenue programs • Ensures tools and test equipment are maintained and calibrated • Provides technical support to customers and other service professionals as required • Maintains clear and concise business communication

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree/Related Trade Certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical)/Military Training • Minimum of 1-3 years experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment • Computer literacy; competency in MS Office Suite and aptitude for specialized software programs • Excellent communications skills and strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork • Willing & able to travel at short notice
