📋 Description

• Delivering Legionella Risk Assessments across a wide range of building types • Ensuring compliance with ACoP L8, HSG274 Part 2, BS 8580-1 , and relevant guidance • Identifying, assessing, and clearly explaining Legionella risks to clients • Diagnosing issues within water and plumbing systems and recommending remedial actions • Working closely with our internal Quality Assurance team to ensure reports meet regulatory standards • Promoting best practice in Health & Safety at all sites

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within the Water Hygiene industry and/or conducting Risk Assessments • Strong working knowledge of Legionella risk identification and control • Confidence communicating technical risks in a clear, client-focused way • Good understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation • Full UK driving licence • Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and digital reporting tools • Approved Legionella Risk Assessor qualification (City & Guilds, BOHS, WMSoc, etc.) (desirable but not essential)
