📋 Description

• Lead and mentor two-three full stack engineers, setting the technical direction and helping them grow through a mix of guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing. • Stay hands-on: write code, design features, review PRs, and get into the details when it counts. • Collaborate closely with Product to define priorities, plan features and deliver meaningful improvements with tight feedback loops. • Continuously refine how the team works, removing friction, improving processes, and creating a modern, effective engineering environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software development. • 3+ years with Node.js and modern frameworks. • 3+ years with React or related frameworks. • 2+ years managing an engineering team. • Product-oriented and skilled in working closely with business, product, and customer-facing teams. • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Strong technical, interpersonal, and leadership qualities. • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving environment. • Self-motivated, structured, and team-oriented. • Fluent in English and Hebrew.
