📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for every stage of the project lifecycle • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules • Efficiently manage allocated resources to meet project deliverables • Manage communications with all project stakeholders • Pick the best-suited delivery methodology with your team • Lead and develop project teams, promoting an environment of growth and collaboration • Use project data to analyze performance, make informed decisions, and report on project outcomes • Identify potential issues and proactively address them • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5 + years of project management experience in fast-paced digital environments • 3+ years managing software projects with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives • Strong understanding of project management principles and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Miro, and Microsoft Project • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Product Owner • A builder's mindset—you enjoy creating new processes and solutions • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, international environment across multiple time zones
