âą Lead a team of Academic Technology Solution Owners responsible for LMS optimization âą Maintain understanding of D2L Brightspace roadmap and business practices âą Evaluate, test, recommend, and implement LMS features from D2L's releases âą Ensure effective linkages between Solution Owners, LMS Operations, and partners âą Work closely with Global Campus operational teams for technology implementation âą Guide team in coordinating and documenting needs with partners âą Ensure identification and evaluation of technologies for user experience improvements âą Collaborate with UX Research to enhance user interface for learners and faculty âą Oversee problem management and incident reporting related to LMS âą Monitor developments in academic technology and enhance LMS experience
âą 5+ years of experience working within an LMS âą 3+ years leading LMS operation programs âą High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED) âą Experience with D2L Brightspace or comparable learning management systems âą Experience with Product Management (analysis, change management, roadmap delivery, and partner needs) âą Experience with Agile fundamentals, including backlog management, and conversion of our needs into measurable outcomes
