📋 Description

• Develop and execute short-form video formats aligned with NATPAT’s mission, voice, and brand values • Own the full content lifecycle including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing support • Bring the NATPAT world to life through authentic outdoor, family, and lifestyle content • Create high-quality, platform-native content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts • Experiment with hooks, storytelling styles, and visual approaches to maximize retention and reach • Collaborate with Snowball and NATPAT’s Brand and Creative teams to ensure accuracy and alignment • Work with Snowball to analyze performance data and continuously optimize content strategy • Stay current on platform trends, best practices, and evolving short-form formats

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating short-form video content with a strong portfolio • Intermediate to advanced video editing skills in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent, with strong instincts for pacing, structure, and visual style • Ability to produce polished content with efficient turnaround times in a fast-paced environment • Strong videography skills including camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio capture, with experience shooting varied and dynamic footage • Ability to independently film high-quality content, whether using professional equipment or mobile setups • Proven ability to translate a product's benefits into clear, engaging, and relatable storytelling • Strong on-camera presence or the ability to direct talent effectively • Self-starter comfortable owning production independently in a remote environment • Strong collaborator with experience working across brand, creative, or marketing teams • Genuine love for the outdoors, family lifestyle content, or natural wellness
