• Edit and deliver long-form YouTube videos that bring Proton’s mission and products to life. • Transform raw footage into polished, engaging stories through expert use of pacing, sound, graphics, and motion. • Develop repeatable editing systems and templates to streamline production. • Collaborate with producers, creatives, and Proton’s marketing/product teams to align edits with brand voice and strategic goals. • Experiment with new storytelling styles, graphics packages, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and audience-driven. • Implement feedback quickly and continuously refine content based on YouTube performance data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years editing for YouTube-first or digital-first content, with a strong portfolio showcasing documentary-style, educational, or edutainment formats. • A master of pacing, narrative structure, and visual storytelling that keeps audiences engaged. • Strong technical expertise in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar). • Passionate about digital freedom and technology, with the ability to make technical topics visually compelling. • Highly organized, efficient, and proactive, able to manage multiple edits in a fast-paced environment.
