• 5+ years of video production, filmmaking, or content creation experience with a strong portfolio (YouTube experience preferred). • Proven ability to make technical or complex subjects engaging and accessible. • Experience creating YouTube-optimized content that balances education with entertainment. • Strong organizational/project management skills and ability to manage multiple workflows. • Collaborative, proactive mindset and comfort working with distributed teams.
