📋 Description

• Serve as the foundation of the delivery team for mid-sized technical projects • Provide visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle • Own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients • Ensure client applications scale to meet business needs • Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia • Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) • Associate effort and resource naming with specific tasks • Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and follow-up • Navigate internal resource conflicts to keep projects on track • Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target • Achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role • Bachelor’s degree required • Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture • SnowPro Core required within 60 days of hire • Fluent in English and local language fluency where required (regional requirements)
