📋 Description

• Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia • Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks • Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up • Navigate internal resource conflicts to keep projects on track • Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target • Achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0 • Provide critical visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle • Manage the operational relationship with assigned clients and ensure their applications scale to meet business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 2–5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role • Bachelor’s degree required • Proficiency in SQL basics • Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence • Fundamental Snowflake architecture knowledge • SnowPro Core certification required within 60 days of hire • Fluent in English • Local language fluency where required by regional requirements
