📋 Description

• Own the Accelerator's P&L, tracking monthly revenue, costs, and contribution margin by stream and engagement • Maintain actuals versus forecast on a rolling basis and flag variances to the Director • Manage invoicing, payment tracking, and overdue receivables • Negotiate and manage consultant and sub-contractor contracts, including day rates, scope, and payment milestones • Prepare quarterly financial reports for the steering committee • Own budget reallocations and monitor spending and potential overruns • Provide financial inputs for stage gate dossiers, including P&L actuals, budget variance, headcount status, and pipeline financial summaries • Maintain a live resource allocation view across engagements • Identify capacity constraints and overcommitment risks • Manage team-member transitions between engagements • Coordinate consultant sourcing with the Director and stream leads • Track billable time and maintain the time-tracking system • Own consultant and sub-contractor onboarding, vetting, due diligence, compliance checks, and contract execution • Maintain a curated roster of preferred partners by specialism and geography • Establish and manage framework agreements with preferred partners • Own the internal sub-contracting mechanism with other SNV teams • Manage partner performance, rate reviews, and framework-agreement renewals • Build new partner relationships in underrepresented geographies or technical areas • Own the CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data • Maintain project-management tools, document-management systems, and reporting templates • Resolve tool and governance boundaries with SNV ICT • Own the data-governance framework, including system ownership, access, AI-tool data categories, and controlled-environment requirements • Run monthly internal reviews covering pipeline, allocations, and financials • Manage procurement, finance reporting, HR administration, and other compliance requirements • Identify and implement fixes for internal processes that create commercial drag • Report to the Director

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years in operations, finance, or management roles • Direct experience managing a P&L or project budget in a commercial or consulting context • Experience in resource allocation or capacity planning in a professional services or consulting environment • Track record of managing consultant or sub-contractor networks, including sourcing, contracting, and performance management • Experience working in or with development organisations, international NGOs, or similar • Familiarity with donor compliance, reporting requirements, and operational constraints of internationally dispersed teams • Experience building and running internal operating systems from scratch • Experience establishing or managing framework agreements with external suppliers or delivery partners • Strong financial management skills, including P&L tracking, margin analysis, and budget forecasting • Proficiency with CRM tools, project management software, and financial tracking systems • Exceptional organisational skills • Good negotiation skills • Ability to evaluate and select operational tools, including CRM, time tracking, project management, and pipeline management tools • English required • French or Portuguese an advantage • Ability to work within the time zones spanning Ghana to Singapore • Reasonable reach of a well-connected international airport • Willingness and ability to undertake international travel • CV and motivation letter required • References and background checks required
