📋 Description

• Own and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals • Take full responsibility for MRR growth, retention, and churn reduction • Lead and mentor Product team and partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to deliver impact • Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive decisions • Define and track core SaaS metrics (MRR, retention, churn, activation) • Improve onboarding, activation, and long-term product engagement • Ensure clear communication with leadership and stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement of product quality, scalability, and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS companies • Proven experience leading product teams and mentoring PMs • Strong ownership of business metrics (MRR, retention, churn) • Experience managing and scaling mature, revenue-generating products • Deep understanding of product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → iteration • Strong analytical and structured thinking • Excellent communication skills (English C1+) • Comfortable working directly with founders/executives • Based in the European Union (mandatory)
