• Own and execute Synder's SEO strategy - technical, on-page, off-page, and AI-search optimization. • Drive organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and search-generated pipeline contribution. • Build and optimize content structures designed to appear in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar tools). • Conduct keyword and topic research with a focus on accounting, e-commerce, and fintech audiences. • Perform regular site audits and fix technical issues affecting search performance (site speed, crawlability, structured data, etc.). • Collaborate with the Content team to produce and optimize high-ranking, AI-retrievable content — pillar pages, topic clusters, and FAQ content. • Manage and report on organic performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush. • Stay ahead of changes in search behavior, Google algorithm updates, and AI search developments. • Partner with Product and Engineering on technical SEO improvements to the website and app pages.
• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. • Proven track record of growing organic traffic and rankings in a competitive niche. • Working knowledge of LLM/AI search optimization (GEO/AEO) - understanding how AI tools surface and cite content. • Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar. • Proficiency with Webflow and Hubspot is a plus. • Strong understanding of technical SEO: site architecture, structured data (schema markup), crawlability, page speed. • Experience developing content strategies - not just optimizing existing pages, but planning what to build. • Data-driven mindset: comfortable tracking, analyzing, and reporting on organic performance metrics. • Strong written English; ability to brief and review content clearly. • Experience in fintech, accounting, or e-commerce is a strong plus. • Familiarity with HTML, structured data formats, or Markdown is a must. • Experience with YMYL content is a plus.
