âą Discovering, recruiting, and managing TikTok creators and affiliates through TikTok's Affiliate Center. âą Build affiliate strategies, activating talent, and turning creators into high-performing sales drivers for our clients' TikTok Shops. âą Use TikTok Shopâs Affiliate Center to identify and recruit suitable creators for our brand clients. âą Outreach, negotiate, and onboard creators to participate in affiliate campaigns. âą Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, introducing robust rewarding schemes. âą Set up and manage affiliate campaigns, including product gifting, commission structures, and content briefings. âą Monitor daily activity and performance metrics (CTR, sales, AOV, GMV and Affiliate %). âą Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and creator effectiveness. âą Work closely with the Department Lead, content & paid teams, and clients to ensure alignment between product selection and creator strategy. âą Liaise with creators to provide support, creative direction, and ensure brand compliance. âą Track and report on affiliate campaign results using TikTok Shop dashboards and internal tools. âą Share performance insights with internal stakeholders and adjust strategies accordingly. âą Continuously test and iterate to improve results over time.
âą Proven experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) âą Deep understanding of TikTok as a platform: trends, content, creators, and commerce tools. âą Experience managing teams and/or affiliates/influencer programs. âą Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts. âą Strong communication and client-facing skills. âą Startup or agency background is a big plus. âą Previous experience managing DTC eCommerce stores is nice to have. âą Background in digital marketing, influencer strategy, or paid social is nice to have. âą Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace and Shop Affiliate features is nice to have. âą Working knowledge of tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eComm platforms is nice to have.
