📋 Description

• Edit high-quality videos aligned with each brand's style and tone of voice • Edit social media ads, including UGC, motion graphics, and high-production content • Optimise content for TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other platforms to maximise engagement • Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards • Collaborate with team members to implement client feedback • Stay current with video content trends and conversion-driven editing techniques

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing and production, preferably within e-commerce • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects • Ability to use other video editing tools is a plus • Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta ads, and short-form video best practices • Proficiency in motion graphics, transitions, captions, and colour grading • Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently or as part of a team • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of successes and failures • Proactive, solution-oriented, adaptable approach • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills • Confidence building long-term relationships • Ability to self-manage and prioritise in a fast-paced environment • Valid portfolio or showreel demonstrating expertise
