• Provide commercial support for brand marketing strategy and tactical execution across the US hematology portfolio • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, execution excellence, and measurable performance • Support and execute the commercial marketing plan for key HCP segments across multiple channels • Ensure all tactics align with brand strategy and drive achievement of defined KPIs and goals • Apply strong project management capabilities to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget • Measure and assess the impact of marketing initiatives against defined goals and optimize plans accordingly • Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure delivery of work consistent with brand strategy
• Candidate must be located within the Eastern or Central Time Zone • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales • 2+ years working within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or broader life sciences industry • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to support business objectives • Strong business judgment with a commitment to high ethical, compliance, and quality standards • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional support and driving execution
