⢠Contribute to the development of Europe Region Medical strategies and tactics ⢠Provide the European Medical team with relevant insights, medical practice understanding, and stakeholder needs ⢠Develop and update the KOL engagement plan with high-value scientific programs ⢠Work with country teams to standardize and drive excellence in planning and executing medical activities ⢠Support evidence generation and dissemination, field medical training, launch planning, and scientific activities coordination ⢠Consolidate dashboards, monitor KPIs and metrics, and prepare launch reports ⢠Provide actionable insights and recommendations to ensure launch readiness ⢠Support country Medical Directors by identifying improvement and efficiency opportunities ⢠Support people development, skills development, and capability uplift ⢠Support the learning and development team in developing training programs and personal development plans ⢠Support the Region in setting the regional tactical medical plan, scientific objectives, and priorities ⢠Participate actively in cross-functional initiatives with commercial, medical, PACE, and other teams ⢠Represent regional stakeholder needs in cross-functional initiatives ⢠Support regional due diligence activities and Global B&D programs in collaboration with the Head of Region and Global B&D cross-functional team
⢠Medical Doctor, pharmaceutical or biomedical degree or equivalent by experience ⢠A minimum of 10 years experience in the pharma industry ⢠A minimum of 4 years experience in an area relevant for this function, such as Medical Affairs ⢠Previous experience in Rare diseases and Nephrology appreciated ⢠Experience in cardiometabolic preferred ⢠Field leadership experience including people management, training, and coaching ⢠Strong leadership skills, ideally people management experience ⢠Patient and customer-focused approach, with proven credibility and integrity in a medical environment ⢠Strong business acumen and a track record of strategic, analytical thinking and effective execution ⢠Very strong communication and presentation skills with relationship-building capacity ⢠Ability to establish collaborative strategic working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders ⢠Ability to facilitate and moderate open, solution-oriented discussions among key stakeholders ⢠Intentional innovation and thought leadership, with ability to develop and lead others toward a common vision ⢠Role requires travelling 30% of working time ⢠Application and resume must be in English
