• Supporting our B2B & B2B2C clients as a sparring partner, consultant and project lead • Developing cross-channel social media strategies and implementing them in regular coordination with colleagues and clients • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams from creative, media, consulting and management – hands-on and always on equal footing • In the daily social media business you will take on editorial work, idea generation, content planning, content creation, content distribution, community management and reporting • You stay up to date with developments in social media marketing and proactively drive our clients' social media activities forward • You manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously – from the initial project to retainer engagements, taking responsibility for agency revenues in the six-figure range • Multi-project management is second nature to you – you always keep an eye on proposals, timelines and budgets • You ensure the continuous profitability and quality of your projects and strategically develop accounts
• Completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's), ideally with a focus on marketing • At least 2 years of experience in professional social media marketing – as a consultant, account manager or project lead at an agency • Proven success in leading client projects, budget responsibility and strategy development • Experience in professional social media marketing, platform logics, tools & trends, and KPI-driven work – from Meta and LinkedIn to TikTok • Social media strategy expertise combined with a sense for brand management • Desire for responsibility, impact and personal development – and for a strong team • Entrepreneurial thinking, empathy and genuine interest in digital developments • Enjoy sharing knowledge at conferences, webinars or similar events • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German + English – confident, clear, empathetic and on equal footing
