• Onboarding, development and growth of relevant social media marketing skills • Supporting the management of our B2B & B2B2C clients • Contributing to cross-channel social media strategies • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across creative, paid media, consulting and executive management • Assisting with client consulting, idea generation, content planning, content creation, advertising, community management, reporting and more • Learning professional multi-project management • Developing valuable methods in consulting, account management, and in preparing and running workshops
• Completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally with a focus on Marketing • Initial relevant professional experience related to social media (e.g., internships, working-student roles, freelance work or similar) • Basic overview and understanding of the major social media channels, their platform logics and trends • Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset • Very good German and at least good English language skills, both written and spoken • Motivation, initiative, strong communication skills, team spirit and a sense of humor
