📋 Description
• Identify, design, and deploy AI-driven solutions to optimize internal workflows. • Serve as internal AI champion evaluating operations and building tools. • Act as the "director" of development guiding AI generated code. • Rigorously test AI-generated workflows to ensure stability and data accuracy. • Establish feedback loops to continuously improve deployed tools based on user performance.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations Management, or Product Management. • Autonomous App Building: A proven ability to generate and deploy functional internal tools. • Technical Literacy: Understand modern software components (APIs, databases, webhooks, frontends vs. backends). • The "Vibe Coder" Mindset: Exceptional fluency in natural language programming and agentic workflows. • Product Instincts: A solid grasp of product design, user experience (UX) fundamentals. • Resourcefulness & Curiosity: A natural tinkerer who loves exploring emerging AI frameworks and platforms.
