📋 Description

• The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading an engineering team. • Ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintaining high development standards. • Fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. • Involves both people management and technical leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role. • Strong people management skills, including performance evaluation and mentoring. • Proven experience in successful project delivery and technical decision-making. • Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and software architecture principles. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to delivery timelines. • Experience implementing engineering KPIs, quality standards, and process improvements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English – Upper-Intermediate+). • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage stakeholders. • Commitment to fostering team development, inclusion, and psychological safety. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
