📋 Description
• Creation of Purchase Order (PO) numbers in SAP S/4HANA • Verification and transfer of relevant data into SAP S/4HANA • Support with administrative processes in order and invoice management • Close collaboration with the ICM (Influencer Campaign Management) team • Maintenance and documentation of created purchase orders
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled at a university or college • Ideally some practical experience with SAP (SAP S/4HANA) and Asana • Careful, structured and reliable working style • Good organizational skills and a strong eye for detail • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel • Very good German and good English language skills
