📋 Description
• Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting to execution and result control • Working with client support team on Client Protection cases, channeling information to the Partner Support Team • Analyzing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities • Developing and implementing client experience protection and quality strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders • Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests • Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines) • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and complaints solving • Monitoring account activities to identify and precise solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+ • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+ • Excellent communication skills • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel) • Advanced user of Google Workspace
