📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day task flow of the graphic design freelancers team, including intake, prioritization, assignment, and tracking of creative requests from briefing through final delivery • Manage project timelines and SLA compliance • Identify bottlenecks and risks to deadlines proactively • Serve as the main communication point between the creative team and requesting stakeholders • Ensure briefs are clear, complete, and aligned with production capacity • Maintain accurate and transparent project trackers with visible task statuses, priorities, and workloads • Drive continuous improvement of creative production workflows • Identify inefficiencies and propose process optimizations • Help the team scale output in an AI-driven production environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management or coordination within an in-house creative team, agency, or production studio • Confident hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar) • Solid understanding of creative production processes for digital formats, including performance creatives and landing pages • Understanding of content types and formats, including differences between static and video production and their workflow and timeline requirements • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects under tight deadlines • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills • Proactive problem-solving mindset • English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher • Nice to have: experience in media, gaming, or entertainment companies • Nice to have: experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven marketing environment • Nice to have: basic familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud • Nice to have: experience working alongside AI-assisted creative production workflows
