📋 Description
• Lead and develop the Content Quality Operations department, including Content Sufficiency, Profile Moderation, Client Protection, and Quality Compliance teams • Ensure sufficient volume and high quality of content across all markets • Drive continuous improvements in content quality, moderation accuracy, and customer protection processes • Own departmental KPIs, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to improve operational and business results • Optimize processes, increase automation, and improve operational efficiency • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align Content Quality Operations with company objectives • Develop managers and build a high-performing, accountable team culture
🎯 Requirements
• Lead and develop Content Quality Operations across Content Sufficiency, Profile Moderation, Client Protection, and Quality Compliance • Ensure content quality, moderation accuracy, client protection, and operational excellence across all markets • Own and improve departmental KPIs and business results • Optimize processes and increase automation • Align operations with cross-functional company objectives • Develop managers and build a high-performing, accountable team culture
