📋 Description

• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts across jurisdictions and departments • Ensure timely contract execution and legal consistency • Manage the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of legal entities globally • Develop internal governance frameworks and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements • Act as a legal point of contact for cross-functional teams • Handle day-to-day legal queries and provide practical, timely solutions • Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, HR, and Operations on strategic initiatives and risk management • Maintain and update internal legal resources, templates, and training materials • Drive automation and continuous improvement of routine legal workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in contract lifecycle management • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law • Knowledge of consumer protection laws in the EU and in the USA • Knowledge of marketing and advertising compliance laws in the EU and in the USA • Knowledge of the EU and the US digital legislature • Knowledge of AI governance • Russian C1+ • English B2+
