📋 Description

• Edit and review text datasets • Create new text datasets • Test new versions of the bot • Annotate and label data • Create additional creative content • Identify whether bot issues relate to the dataset, prompt, or model based on testing results • Propose appropriate solutions to bot issues • Establish standards and guidelines for style, tone, level of explicitness, and quality criteria

🎯 Requirements

• English proficiency: C1 level or higher • Russian proficiency: C1 level or higher • Data editing experience, particularly with text-based datasets • Experience creating and annotating datasets for model training • Ability to independently establish standards and guidelines, including style, tone, level of explicitness, and quality criteria • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to identify whether a bot’s issue is related to the dataset, prompt, or model based on testing results, and propose an appropriate solution • Deep understanding of different audiences • Strong knowledge of what works in conversations, including flirting, escalation, engagement, and retention mechanics
