📋 Description

• Review and approve product specifications for websites and mobile aps. • Assess compliance risks related to product features, user journeys, monetisation models, and platform requirements. • Participate in product compliance audits and incident response. • Review marketing materials and campaigns for compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements. • Advise Marketing teams on advertising, consumer protection, and promotional claims. • Participate in marketing compliance audits and implementation of corrective actions. • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in relevant jurisdictions and assess their impact on products and business processes. • Communicate regulatory updates and support implementation of required changes. • Monitor sanctions-related regulatory developments. • Support application of internal sanctions controls. • Participate in development and delivery of compliance trainings and onboarding materials. • Create and maintain internal compliance guidance, playbooks, and knowledge base. • Review AI-enabled products, features, and third-party AI integrations for compliance with applicable legal requirements. • Support AI risk assessments and implementation of AI governance controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law • Knowledge of consumer protection laws in the EU and in the USA • Knowledge of marketing and advertising compliance laws in the EU and in the US • Knowledge of the EU and the US digital legislature, AI governance • Knowledge of Apple Store and Google Play guidelines • Strong English language communication skills, both written and oral (B2+).
