• Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement. And evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders. Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department • Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis • Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process • Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience • UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma • Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience
• Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products • Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions • Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation • Being familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative • Expertise in conducting them, such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests • Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence • Being a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight • B2 or higher level of English proficiency • С1+ of Russian proficiency • Sharing our common values: trust, because we prefer to speak up and be our true selves; challenge, as an opportunity; ownership of your ideas, because it's not worth wasting time on something you don't believe in; and enthusiasm for constant change, because we are always looking to make things better.
