📋 Description

• Design and run product experiments end to end • Form hypotheses, define test duration and required sample size, assess achievability, evaluate A/B tests and determine statistical significance • Unify metrics across Copilot, Matchmaking, Concierge, Messenger and Dashboards • Cascade metrics from the core company metric (MAP) to acquisition, retention, reactivation and churn drivers • Provide an independent analytical check on product direction and decisions • Identify high-leverage growth opportunities • Connect metrics to goals, estimates and costs, and flag deviations early • Generate, prioritize and validate hypotheses with product managers • Investigate anomalies and metric deviations, determine root causes, and raise product issues early • Calibrate initiatives against corporate goals using a numbers-based perspective • Improve analytical processes • Partner directly with product managers and report to the Head of Product

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product analytics, ideally at a product with large data volumes • A degree in mathematics, engineering or a related technical field • Strong command of mathematical statistics and probability theory, applied in practice • Proven, hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests, including sizing, significance and interpretation • Fluency in SQL and Python; comfortable with data extraction, processing and visualization • Superset experience is a plus • Deep understanding of product and marketing metrics, including LTV, CPA, Retention and CR • Product thinking and understanding of user behavior behind metrics • High autonomy and ownership • Critical thinking and ability to question data and decisions • Clear communication and ability to explain complex concepts simply • Nice to have: experience with social products, dating, gaming or two-sided marketplaces • Nice to have: hands-on experience with recommender systems • Nice to have: background at a data-rich, high-volume product
