• Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement • Evaluate business processes and conduct research such as surveys to pinpoint issues • Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders and create detailed technical documentation for IT • Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives; produce written reports • Provide guidance and training to support implementation of recommended changes and assess impact • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications; provide design documentation, assets, and specs • Monitor and evaluate performance of design solutions through user feedback and analytics; continuously refine UX • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes (e.g., Figma) • Create and maintain consistent visual language and style guide across product interfaces
• Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products • Use of product metrics and UX metrics to inform decisions • Ability to provide high-quality Design and Technical documentation • Familiarity with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative • Expertise conducting interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests • Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence • Self-starter who can take ownership with limited oversight • C1+ or higher level of English proficiency • Alignment with company values: trust, challenge, ownership, enthusiasm for constant change
