📋 Description

• Contact cold and warm leads by phone and assess their needs • Conduct sales calls • Drive deals forward in a structured manner • Develop customers from initial engagement into long-term clients • Work closely with the Sales Coach and Leadership team • Grow customer accounts over the long term through upgrades and upsells • Position recruiting solutions for small and medium-sized businesses • Address staffing shortages at small and medium-sized businesses through digital recruiting solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C) • Independent, self-directed working style without micromanagement • Strong closing skills and sales experience • Willingness to continue developing professionally • Experience in recruiting is a plus, but not required • Resume required • Voice message of no more than 90 seconds required
