📋 Description

• Expand the Austrian market and actively shape the sales territory • Develop new business opportunities and continuously expand the sales territory in Western Austria • Independently identify and acquire new customers in construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and consultation through to contract closing • Research potential customers through LinkedIn and online channels • Generate leads through personal visits and proactive cold calling in the field • Analyze individual customer requirements and develop suitable security solutions • Work closely with Project Management and ensure a structured handover of won projects after contract signing

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B environment; entry-level experience also considered • Fluent German • Very good English skills • Experience in new customer acquisition • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel within the sales territory • Independent, motivated, and goal-oriented working style • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence • Nice to have: Experience or an established network in construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy
