📋 Description

• Develop an SEO roadmap with clear prioritization of the most important actions • Create a comprehensive keyword strategy & intent mapping (understand and cover search intent) • Build a long-term content plan for new pages, blog posts and topic clusters • On-page optimization • Prepare SEO briefs for web designers to create or specifically optimize SEO pages • Revise meta titles, meta descriptions, alt texts and heading structures • Write and optimize blog posts, internal linking and overall content structure • Ensure all content is built to be search-engine- and user-friendly • Develop and implement a link building strategy (e.g. backlinks, guest posts, PR articles, forums) • Write PR and/or guest articles • Toxic link monitoring & create disavow files if necessary (only when needed) • Analyze and improve Core Web Vitals • Implement structured data • Fix errors (e.g. 5xx/4xx, duplicate content) • Collaborate with the web development team for technical implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (on-page & off-page) • Proven success in improving rankings • Deep understanding of keyword research, content strategy, on-page and off-page optimization • Confident use of major SEO tools • SEO copywriting experience, preferably with a focus on conversions • Speed, accuracy, independence & strong execution skills • German: native level • English: business level
