📋 Description

• Socket's mission is to help developers and security teams to ship faster and spend less time on security busywork. • Socket is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support our enterprise customers. • You'll work cross-functionally in order to provide technical education, guidance, and support in a professional services capacity. • Lead discussions and product demonstrations to showcase capabilities; address customer challenges, respond to questions, and handle objections. • Craft technical content to guide customers in implementing specific use cases or extending our solution. • Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements and translate them to Socket capabilities, emphasizing business value. • Provide guidance on integrating solutions into the customer's existing infrastructure. • Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. • Collaborate with Customer Success to drive post-sales revenue, ensure retention, and contribute to growth. • Execute cross-functional projects involving teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. • Be responsible for the technical relationship with assigned Enterprise customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer facing, professional services role in a B2B SaaS environment. • Experience with programming in a common language like Python, JavaScript, Java, Golang, etc • Familiarity with web APIs, SDKs, and other technical frameworks. • Experience with open source, vulnerability management / SCA, and both front-end & back-end coding languages is a plus.
