📋 Description

• Lead the agency’s Operations AMO teams in the Île-de-France region. • Deliver environmental AMO assignments. • Contribute to the region’s agencies’ overall strategy, including budgeting and the commercial action plan. • Contribute to business development and enhance the regional profile of operationally oriented certifications in the commercial property sector. • Participate in events, monitor industry developments, deliver presentations, and contribute to tender responses. • Ensure the quality of support provided for environmental certifications, including BREEAM In-Use, HQE BD, BREEAM, and others, for commercial and residential building construction and refurbishment projects. • Be responsible for financial management within the scope of responsibility. • Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, authorization, and qualification procedures. • Uphold HR policies and processes. • Report directly to the Île-de-France-based Business Director.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar AMO role involving environmental certifications (HQE, BREEAM, etc.). • Master’s-level qualification (Bac+5) from an engineering school, university, or specialist institution in environmental studies, sustainable construction, or the circular economy. • Strong interest in environmental issues, environmental certifications, and reuse strategies. • Analytical skills, curiosity, rigor, and adaptability. • Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including engineering consultancies, clients, and architects. • Ability to develop new business beyond our loyal existing client base. • Valid Category B driving licence.
