📋 Description

• You’ll carry out testing, inspection and reporting to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with SOCOTEC quality procedures and Health & Safety guidelines • Conducting asbestos surveys, air sampling, fibre counting, and four-stage clearance tests • Maintaining and calibrating equipment, ensuring a clean and safe working environment • Recording and issuing accurate analytical reports • Liaising with clients, project managers, and internal teams to deliver work to agreed timescales • Identifying opportunities to support SOCOTEC’s wider services

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold BOHS P403 and P404 qualifications (or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Air Monitoring) • Industry experience essential with proven track record of conducting a similar role • Hold a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good client-facing skills – confident in liaising with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection/report writing • Time management and ability to meet project deadlines
