📋 Description

• Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento y selección de perfiles técnicos y operativos, asegurando el cumplimiento de las coberturas asignadas • Publicar ofertas laborales y realizar búsqueda activa de candidatos • Contactar candidatos y realizar filtros curriculares y telefónicos • Coordinar entrevistas con las áreas solicitantes • Presentar candidatos y hacer seguimiento hasta su incorporación • Reportar avances y mantener actualizada la información de las vacantes asignadas

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia en reclutamiento y selección de perfiles técnicos • Experiencia reclutando electricistas, técnicos de mantenimiento, HVAC, gasfiteros, pintores y puestos similares • Manejo de bolsas laborales como Pandapé, Computrabajo y otras fuentes de reclutamiento • Habilidad para realizar filtros telefónicos, entrevistas y seguimiento de candidatos • Organización, proactividad y orientación a resultados • Estudios Universitario Valorado • Experiencia profesional de 2 años
