📋 Description

• Consistent execution of outbound sales activities (cold calling, email prospecting, etc.) to actively acquire new customers and increase revenue in the B2B segment with a focus on schools • Targeted outreach and qualification of leads and potential new customers • Needs-based consulting and sale of solutions from our school product portfolio • Handling inbound sales activities to process inquiries from new prospects • Preparation and negotiation of tailored proposals for schools and school authorities to close deals • Organizing and conducting demos and training to ensure successful onboarding of new customers • Managing existing customer relationships in addition to the clear focus on acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable success in new customer acquisition/hunting (ideally in the education sector or similar B2B environments) • Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct persuasive, closing-oriented sales conversations • Ability to successfully negotiate proposals and secure business deals (new business) • Experience building and developing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction • Passion for education and interest in working with schools • Strong team player • Native-level German skills paired with good English skills
