📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile, Iterative Agile, and Waterfall methodologies • Manage the full project lifecycle from scope definition and planning through closure and lessons learned • Develop, track, and control project budgets • Identify budget variances, perform root-cause analysis, and define corrective options • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies using RAID • Alert sponsors and senior leadership about emerging risks or budget concerns with action plans • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and oversee Waterfall governance checkpoints • Administer project artifacts, backlogs, and roadmaps in Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools • Coordinate cross-functional, distributed teams • Present regular status updates to executive stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CSPO certification required • Over 10 years of progressive project management experience, including medium-to-large cross-functional projects • 100% English fluency required for client communication in the US • Expert mastery of Agile, Iterative Agile, and Waterfall models • Strong budget management and proactive risk mitigation skills • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management platforms • Cost estimation, budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis • RAID log management, risk quantification, and root-cause analysis • Logistics/transportation experience preferred
