• Articulate what is possible for customers to transform their business for the hybrid-cloud era with productivity suites such as Microsoft 365 and Cisco technologies • Work alongside a team of sales professionals at Softchoice to architect solutions to enable a modern workplace for customers • Represent Softchoice brand and unlock customers' potential to be future-ready through technology • Seek to understand customers' business challenges first and then design solutions • Act as a bridge between sales team and customers • Share up-to-date insights on productivity solutions, formulate creative approaches, present and host workshops with business leaders, and translate technical jargon • Challenge customers with well-researched, tailored insights • Create an excellent experience for customers and internal stakeholders with adaptable communications • Document the agreed-upon solution through well-written, thoughtful, and detailed statements of work
• 7+ years of industry experience in technology focus area • 4+ years’ experience in services pre-sales or post-sales services delivery/support capacity • A mastery of at least two (2) of the following required technologies: Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration (Office 365 suite: Exchange, OneDrive, Teams); Microsoft 365 Identity and Threat Protection (Enterprise Mobility + Security); Microsoft 365 Device and Apps Management (Windows 11); Microsoft Copilot; Cisco WebEx and WebEx Teams • Desire to develop expertise on the secondary technologies: Cisco Call Manager and Contact Center; Microsoft 365 Information Protection and Governance (Azure Information Protection, Security Center) • Exceptional communication and personal skills, both written, verbal and while presenting to groups, including C-level executives
